Inspired by French goats cheese our Dilectio Chèvre is fermented and hand-rolled in Activated Charcoal ash. Delicately delicious, it has hints of lemon grounded in wonderful earthy flavours.

Perfect on your cheese platter, on its own or served on a cracker with thinly sliced cucumber or grapes, and a twist of salt and pepper.
