The delicious sweet, juicy taste of a blood plum packed into a jar. Our blood plums are straight off the tree. They come from a farm – not a factory. They are hand-cut and handled with care to retain all of their squishy goodness. Into the pot they go, the colour is divine, and the gluten free jam comes out the colour of fine red wine. Perfect with scones or breakfast breads. And when added to ribs or Asian marinades, the depth of flavour is amazing!
