The Gladstone is a cashew based cheese that is creamy white in appearance with a firm sliceable texture. It has a golden natural rind. Cold smoking with Tasmanian applewood enhances the inherent nuttiness of the cheese and adds a slight fruity note which is balanced by some lactic acidity.
